Palm oil

Palm oil comes from the fleshy fruit of oil palms. Unrefined palm oil is sometimes referred to as red palm oil because of its reddish-orange color.

Palm oil is now one of the least expensive and most popular oils worldwide, accounting for one-third of global plant oil production.

Soybean oil

Soybean is a legume highly valued for its dense nutritional profile, the unique blend of high protein and fat content has made its by-products soybean oil as one of the most nutritious cooking oil.

Mustard oil and mustard essential oil may help reduce inflammation and pain, slow cancer cell growth, block microbial growth, and enhance hair and skin health. Both can also be diluted with a carrier oil and applied topically in massage oils, face masks, and hair treatments.

Mustard oil comes from the seeds of the mustard plant. This spicy oil is popular in Indian and Nepalese cooking. And some people use the oil for hair care.

There are several kinds you might come across from black mustard, brown mustard, and white mustard plants.
